Q: Is Grosvenor owned by one of the big rental companies?
No, we are a privately owned Group of companies with operations that span contract hire, fleet management and vehicle retail and have no ties with any rental companies. It is our job to provide you with the best price and solution from our approved panel of rental providers.
Q: Who would my drivers deal with?
Our rental management team would talk to your drivers and arrange everything with them. We’re proud not to offer automated voice mail queues or call centre systems. Instead, drivers can call in and speak directly to someone who can help.
Q: Do you deal with personal car or van hire?
No, our service is provided to companies and public sector bodies only.
Q: Is my company able to literally just hire 1 car for 1 day?
If that’s all you need then we can provide it for you. All you would need to do is set up an account with us and we’ll do the rest.
Q: What is the difference between daily rental and short-term lease?
Daily rental is provided up to 28 days, and the vehicle can be returned at any time without penalty. Short-term lease is when you know you’ll need the vehicle for more than 28 days, but wish to return it at any time after that – also without penalty.
